USD/CHF plays tag with 0.9380 resistance area
FXStreet (Moscow) - USD/CHF opened the day at 0.9365, touched 0.9375 session high in early Europe, before retreating to current levels at 0.9350.
Offsetting the NFP
The pair is following the steps of USD/JPY with the only exception – it has posted only yearly highs so far. The Swissy came closer to a strong psychological level at 0.94, and as the breakout is not an easy task without specific catalyst, the current retreat is not surprising. However, the released tonight US Jobless Claims may give the needed fuel in case of new positive surprises that may offset the negative sentiments left by the recent disappointing NFP. The next target to the upside may be found at 0.9403.
