Japan passes $32 billion in extra economic stimulus - WSJ
Japanese Parliament passed extra stimulus package on Tuesday, in yet another effort by PM Abe to revive economic growth.

“The budget just passed contained about ¥3.3 trillion ($32 billion) in additional spending, bringing the total budgeted for the current fiscal year—which ends in March 2017—to ¥100 trillion, up nearly 2% from the previous year.”
