US Treasury Mnuchin: we will definitely have steel, aluminium tariffs

The US Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin was out on the wires in the last hour, saying that tariff plans very focused on job impact and we will consider carve-outs on tariffs. 

He was further noted saying that we will definitely have steel, aluminium tariffs.
