Nothing to rest on

The latest economic reports confirm that the American economy is recovering, but gradually. Unfortunately scheduled for release reports of this week are mostly second-tier data, and may only slightly support or pressure the USD. It means the pair may saw range-bound moves near-term up till next week’s FOMC rate decision comes out. For today the focus is on New Home Sales that may move the pair to initial resistance at 0.8865, if it exceeds expectations. If the current brake below 0.8830 succeed, wait for the move lower to 0.8817.
