Moody’s: Risk-off is impacting weaker Chinaese companies

Reduced risk appetite is having a negative impact on the Chinese companies, according to ratings agency Moody’s. 

The impact if particularly being felt via liquidity pressures on the firms, Moody’s said on Thursday. 

For instance, investors refrain from buying bonds of weaker companies during risk aversion, leading to a liquidity crunch.
